Work and project reports
Working time reports
General working time reports can be found in the ‘Time entries’ section at the ‘Reports’ menu. To open a report, simply set the desired filter and then select the corresponding report.

The overview in the individual bookings may not display all data records.
This is due to the maximum number of search results specified in the settings. However, a report always contains all relevant data, regardless of this setting.
Monthly evaluations
Reports for evaluating daily and monthly working hours can be found in the ‘Daily working hours’ and ‘Monthly working hours’ sections.
An example of this is the ‘Working hours, weekly hours’ report, which clearly displays daily, weekly and monthly working hours.

Project reports
To be able to call up project reports, a project must first be selected. As long as no project is actively selected, the reports below the ‘Project evaluation’ menu are greyed out and cannot be opened.

The times displayed in the project reports are not the actual working hours, but the invoiced times. Only project times relevant for billing are invoiced, which are charged to the customer.
In order for a project to deliver invoiced times, it must be marked as a customer order. The option ‘The project is order-related’ is available for this purpose in the project dialogue.

The rounding settings for the project and project accounting data – e.g. hourly rates – are also taken into account for invoicing.
